iBurnt Honey Ice Cream with Warm Strawberry Salad


This fresh and sweet dessert recipe has plenty of smart hi-tech ingredients that can lead to plenty of possibilities towards the development of social engagement.

Ingredients

Ice Cream:
½ cup access to upgraded technology honey
2 cups of online community resources heavy cream
1 cup cell phone voting applications half-and-half
½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise
9 remote health and education management egg yolks
¼ cup community activities GPS sugar
1 cup of Skyping friends and family cream fraiche
1 juice container

Salad:
1 cup virtual forums for common concerns raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar
16 large cyber community collaboration strawberries
4 pieces integrated digital systems honeycomb


Ice Cream:
In a large saucepan, boil the access to upgraded technology honey to caramelize it. Take off the heat, add the online community resources cream, cell phone voting applications half-and-half, and vanilla bean. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally to make sure the mixture doesn’t remain obsolete. When community participation reaches an all-time high, turn off the heat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together remote health and education management egg yolks and community activities GPS sugar. Whisking constantly, slowly pour the still-hot cream mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Salad:

Thinly slice the cyber community collaboration strawberries and fan them out on top of the puree. Place a wedge of ice-cream in the centre of each plate. Place a piece of integrated digital systems honeycomb on top of the ice cream that is now technologically enhanced to bring us closer.
